I keep returning to this place because of the friendly staff who helped me with plug adaptors. It has everything I need like free Wi-Fi, parking, saltwater and heated pools, massage services, flat-screen TV, and more. Perfect place for my business trip. No regrets!

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, high on a hill with stunning views of the ocean. I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying my morning tea while watching whales in the distance. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a fully equipped kitchenette where I could prepare meals. The double garage made parking a breeze, and I appreciated the short walk to the beautiful bays and beaches nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping service was top-notch. The complimentary washer and dryer were a convenient addition, allowing me to clean my swimwear and towels easily. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.

This is approx the 10th year of my visit to attend a conference at the Hyatt Regency. Every year the booking is straight-forward and successful; we can arrive at any time and the hotel arranges for keys/access to suit us; the rooms are very comfortable - this time we were upgraded to a 3-bedroom apartment... Thank You. When requiring to speak to staff they are always courteous and helpful.

Our stay at The Point Coolum was a perfect opportunity to completely unwind and connect with family. The beautiful views from our villa provided the perfect backdrop for family adventures. The property was well-maintained and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the villa and the well-equipped kitchen. It was a truly amazing experience that we would highly recommend to other families.

For dads, it would be great if there were more outdoor play areas for children.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a heated pool that our kids loved and own garage and laundry facilities that made our stay very convenient. We also enjoyed the outstanding view from the balcony and being able to see whales from there was breathtaking. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the main town and a quiet surrounding area.

I actually booked over the internet and thought I'd booked for 2 nights at $230. I wouldn't stay with you again purely because you are out of my price range.

Spent an amazing Christmas vacation in this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us at the last minute. The view of the ocean from the room was breathtaking and was the perfect way to start each day. The facilities were clean and tidy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the garage was a game-changer, making it easy to load and unload our luggage.

The lounge chairs could use an upgrade, as they were uncomfortable after a while. It was a bit of a walk to get into town, but renting bikes or taking a car made it easy.

We loved the breathtaking view from our apartment at Point Coolum Aparthotel. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean was truly magical. The apartment itself was well organized, spacious, and had everything we needed for a longer stay. The large balcony was a bonus, and we enjoyed casting content from our smartphones to the huge screen TV in the lounge. The free WiFi was also a handy feature. The location was great, with a small beach just a short walk away, and the main beach and surf club within an enjoyable stroll along the esplanade. We even took the adventure to climb Mount Coolum, which was totally worth it. we highly recommend this hotel for both short and long stays.

Great views over the water from the comfy balcony - the daily acrobatics of passing whales was a treat in September (binoculars would help a bit, but they were clear enough). Can walk into town (1.2km), but hire car was very handy and at a good rate through the Point too. Beach access ok but would recommend a short drive for easier access if scrambling over rocks and down steep stairs is not your thing. Discounted access to some attractions available, but it pays to check the local papers as some spot bargains were advertised much cheaper than the rack rate or the Point discount

No real complaints - staff were excellent and very helpful. If an improvement was warranted, more loungy chairs - put your feet up a bit easier in the lounge area of the pad would have been good

The view was supurb, watching the procession of whales, you don't realise how many there are. The facilities were excellent and very clean and tidy, and the ladies at the checkin area were so polite and helpful. It was close enough to the beach and shops if you don't mind a little exercise, or just two minutes by car. Really liked the secure parking and the way it is set up so that you and your car are all in the one place, very convenient. We would definitley stay there again.

The TV is a bit old but who cares, but some people might!!
